Transit Reach collects limited information only, including:
Contact information voluntarily provided by partner agencies, funders, or collaborators (e.g., name, organization, email address)
Website analytics data collected in aggregate (e.g., page visits), if applicable
Transit Reach does not collect, store, or manage:
Names or personal identifiers of individuals receiving transit support
Addresses, dates of birth, or government-issued identification
Transit card numbers, pass numbers, or reload information
Individual trip data or attendance records
All transit support is delivered through partner agencies, which retain responsibility for participant-level information within their own programs.
Information collected is used solely to:
Communicate with partner agencies and funders
Administer and evaluate the TransitReach program
Maintain organizational operations and compliance
Transit Reach takes reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Transit Reach does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
